My Story

Informs My Practice

My life has been shaped by a wide spectrum of experiences -moments of great joy, profound loss, meaningful achievement, and challenges and resilience from trauma. I have been a licensed psychotherapist and coach since 1996 providing high quality, integrative services to individuals, groups and families throughout Florida, Maryland, North Carolina and New York. With experience as well as extensive education and training in psychology, optimal performance, human development, motivation and behavior change, I am deeply committed to supporting and guiding others on their own distinctive, transformative paths whether through coaching or therapy.


My education includes two Masters Degrees from Columbia University, being a licensed psychotherapist for almost 30 years, as well as experience and training in multiple modalities and approaches. My experience working as a coach, therapist, business consultant, internationally ranked athlete, and business owner has greatly informed my approach. Partnering with clients to build on improve their mental strength and achieve peak performance remains an absolute passion of mine.
